We are changing!
You probably noticed that our website changed on Monday, December 7th to the new FirstSouthwest colors and logo.
On Monday, December 14, 2009 you will notice another change. When you login to view your account you will be directed to
our new FSAccess system. This new system has many new features including the ability to view confirms and statements
online.
When you login on Monday, you will be required to use the below login method to access your account.
| Login ID: | will be your account number. |
| Password: | will be the last 4 digits of your account number plus the last 4 digits of your social security/tax id number. |

| Example: | Joe Smith |
| | Account #12222225 |
| | Tax ID #453-12-1212 |
| |
| So the first time Joe Smith logs into the new site he will login as: |

| Login ID: | 12222225 |
| Password: | 22251212 |
| |
Once you have successfully logged into the system you will be required to change your password.
